Delivery and returns

Delivery of your order

Any order placed on our web shop requires a preparation period and then a delivery time.

Your order will be prepared within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and will be dispatched by the Colissimo service of La Poste (excluding withdrawal of your order in store).

Transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your articles in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, with delivery costs applying to each of them. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Particular care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Cancellation of order and return of order

In application of article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, as part of your order, you have the right to return for 14 days from the receipt of your package (the postmark of La Poste times), whatever the reason. No financial penalty will be applied to the client. On the other hand, the costs of returning the products in the event of an error in the order or of cancellation / withdrawal of the order on the part of the customer are borne by the customer.

Any request to return products must be made in writing by email to contact@aufildalpaga.fr or by post to: Au Fil d´Alpaga, locality Vieilleville, 87140 COMPREIGNAC. Please add an explanatory word in your package to inform us of the reason for the return and possibly previous exchanges (by email or telephone) made with our After-Sales Service.

 

Products returned to Au Fil d´Alpaga must be new in the original, intact packaging, accompanied by any accessories, notices and documentation. After agreement of both parties, the return of the products may give rise to an exchange for a new product or to a refund. Otherwise, the refund will be partial or frozen until all the elements of the order have been received. Opened consumables are excluded from this right.

In the event of non-receipt or loss of your package by the reshipment service you have chosen, we will not be able to reimburse.

The refund or the credit on the returned products will be made by the seller within 14 days of receipt of the returned products at Au Fil d´Alpaga (postmarked as proof).
